Details:

In addition to the delays due to flooding and winter conditions. The initial schedule was delayed by 2 months. Our scope was competed in four months. During peak construction we had 40 tile installers on-site and 10 carpet and resilient installers. Our team exemplified doing whatever it takes to get things done.

The project included a 154 guest rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop pool deck, and a below-grade, speakeasy-style bar. Each space exudes the upscale urban style of the brand. The guest corridors include "WELCOME" mats that greet each guest.

During construction - at about half-way through installation of finishes we encountered significant flooding onsite. It damaged 40% of the building.

While installing the hardwood flooring at the first floor lobby / entry - we were working in winter conditions that were not favorable to installation. At times - snow was blowing into the lobby of the building.
