Best Flooring Solution

The dining area was previously stained concrete which was hard and noisy, and the owner was interested in a resilient that was easy to maintain yet still convenient for tenants with walkers and wheel chairs. The Masland LVT and J+J carpets have proven to be just what the customer wished for and the floors have certainly warmed and quieted facility with transitions very minimal.

Toughest Site Conditions

During the demo and floor prep it was necessary to keep the dust and noise to minimums.
