This flooring project, located in Doral, Florida, was marked by a highly aggressive schedule and significant changes made by the owner after the contract was awarded. Despite the challenges, our team demonstrated exceptional flexibility and commitment to maintaining the timeline. Throughout the process, we adapted to numerous modifications, ensuring that all adjustments were incorporated without compromising quality or delaying progress. The project plays a crucial role in enhancing local infrastructure, as it provides Doral residents with improved access to outpatient services, reducing the need to travel into Miami. Our ability to stay on track, even with shifting requirements, allowed us to successfully complete the project on time, meeting both the owner’s needs and the community’s expectations.
