The Margaritaville Bossier City project is a strong example of Anytime Flooring’s ability to execute large-scale hospitality installations on an exceptionally aggressive timeline without sacrificing quality. Over the course of just eight months, Anytime Flooring completed tile and carpet installations across 400 guest suites, including the installation of custom tile showers in every unit. Managing this volume of work required precise coordination, disciplined scheduling, and a highly responsive field team. Beyond the guest suites, Anytime also installed all corridor carpet and completed tile installations in each elevator lobby, delivering a cohesive and polished finish throughout the property.
This project aligned with Margaritaville’s brand evolution—from a traditional tropical aesthetic to a more refined, modern expression of relaxed luxury. Anytime Flooring worked closely with the client to select durable, performance-driven materials designed to endure constant use while supporting the hotel’s updated, calm, and sophisticated design direction. Through a combination of speed, craftsmanship, and product expertise, Anytime Flooring delivered a seamless installation that met the demands of both the accelerated schedule and the elevated brand experience—demonstrating the team’s ability to perform at the highest level under one of the industry’s most demanding timelines.
Nancy Thiel, founder and principal of Thiel Architecture + Design, is a licensed architect and an interior designer. With 40+ years’ experience working with luminaries in the architecture world, including Michael Graves, Robert A.M. Stern, and Rockwell Group, where she served as a studio leader, Thiel’s extensive portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-story residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, offices, theaters, schools and shopping centers. She is a member of the AIA, holds NCARB certification and is a LEED accredited professional. Prior to her career in architecture, Thiel was a dancer and choreographer.
Thiel Architecture + Design is an award-winning multi-disciplinary architecture, interior design, planning, and product design firm with offices in CT and NY. The firm’s work focuses on high-end residential design as well as hospitality, contract, and retail projects. Thiel Architecture + Design’s work has been featured in Interior Design, Architype, New York and Connecticut Cottages and Gardens, Connecticut Magazine, Archello, and Fast Company magazines. In 2022, the firm received a Connecticut AIA Excellence award for Interior Architecture. Thiel earned a BA from Penn State University and her Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
