This project consisted of the installation of Shaw carpet tiles and Tarkett luxury vinyl tile (LVT) throughout two floors of the building, featuring a highly involved and complex flooring pattern that was carried consistently across all areas. The design required precise coordination between materials, transitions, and layout alignment to maintain visual continuity and design intent across multiple spaces and levels.
The Shaw carpet tile installation demanded careful planning to ensure accurate pattern placement, directional consistency, and seamless integration with adjacent finishes. Similarly, the Tarkett LVT installation required meticulous attention to layout, plank orientation, and pattern sequencing, particularly in areas where the design incorporated frequent transitions and intricate geometric alignment.
Due to the complexity of the pattern and its repetition throughout both floors, extensive pre-installation layout reviews, field verification, and ongoing quality control were critical to the project’s success. The installation team worked closely with project stakeholders to address challenges related to pattern alignment, material coordination, and schedule constraints, ensuring the final product met both aesthetic and performance expectations.
The completed flooring installation delivers a cohesive, visually striking finish that enhances the overall design of the building while meeting durability and functionality requirements for a high-traffic commercial environment.
