In all the bathrooms, we effectively employed Schönox AP Underlayment and KH Fix Primer. These products were crucial in repairing and enhancing the subfloors, providing a reliable foundation essential for high-traffic areas in the complex. Additionally, our renovation extensively incorporated Mapei’s Keraflex SG, PRIMER L, and Eco 373. Mapei’s Keraflex SG was our go-to for superior tile installation and longevity. PRIMER L played a vital role in surface preparation under challenging conditions, ensuring effective adhesion and durability of the flooring. All area to receive resilient Flooring were skim coated with Schonox AST or Mapei Plani SC. Navigating through the tough site conditions, our team not only enhanced the aesthetic value of the complex but also ensured the longevity and durability of the flooring. The combination of Schönox’s underlayment’s and primers with Mapei’s range of products allowed us to meet various challenges, ensuring consistent quality and durability across the complexions.

With 40+ years’ experience working with luminaries in the architecture world, including Michael Graves, Robert A.M. Stern, and Rockwell Group, where she served as a studio leader, Thiel’s extensive portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-story residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, offices, theaters, schools and shopping centers. She is a member of the AIA, holds NCARB certification and is a LEED accredited professional. Prior to her career in architecture, Thiel was a dancer and choreographer.
