This project consisted of 20 story tower ad 40 story tower; both towers combined to have 617 luxury apartments with tub surrounds, shower surrounds and floors, and kitchen backsplashes. The project also included large common areas and amenity spaces.
The unit areas included over 45,000 sq ft Marazzi GE06 Deep Pigment Wall tile. The lobby areas included 16,000 sq ft of Daltile MA83 Nero Matte 24″x48″.

Stern, and Rockwell Group, where she served as a studio leader, Thiel’s extensive portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-story residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, offices, theaters, schools and shopping centers. She is a member of the AIA, holds NCARB certification and is a LEED accredited professional. Prior to her career in architecture, Thiel was a dancer and choreographer.
