This project was executed under an extremely aggressive schedule, requiring the successful coordination within a compressed 30-day timeframe. The work included full tile installation in 10 multi-fixture gang restrooms and 18 individual bathrooms, alongside polished and stained concrete corridor flooring, all while maintaining progress amid heavy jobsite congestion and overlapping trades.

The restroom installations demanded rapid sequencing, consistent quality control, and strict adherence to layout, waterproofing, and finish requirements across a high volume of spaces. Simultaneously, polished and stained concrete corridors required precise surface preparation, timing, and protection to achieve uniform finishes while other trades remained active in adjacent areas.

Despite constant trade interference and limited access, the project team maintained productivity through detailed phasing, flexible crew deployment, and proactive coordination with the general contractor and subcontractors. All flooring scopes were completed within the required schedule while meeting performance, durability, and aesthetic standards.

This project demonstrates the ability to deliver high-volume, high-complexity flooring installations under severe time constraints without compromising quality or safety.
