The C.E. King High School consisted of roughly 250,000 square feet of porcelain and ceramic tile and over 20,000 square feet of gauge porcelain panels. Intex Flooring, with the assistance of our manufacturing partners, was able to maintain the intent of the designer and still provide stunning products and a quality installation by value engineering the project to fit within the parameters of a tight school budget. We worked with our manufacturing partners to find products that enhanced the overall project design, while removing just under half a million dollars from the overall budget.
