Procuring materials from 6 different manufacturers over 11 different styles / colorways during global supply shortage challenges and fast turnaround time. Keeping installation teams safe as well as maintaining a clean environment for patients who could have pre-existing conditions and or Covid illness. The owner of the medical office building, who cannot be named due to not-for-profit status, doesn’t deviate too often from contractor pool however can be very demanding in terms of schedule and expectations.

Stern, and Rockwell Group, where she served as a studio leader, Thiel’s extensive portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-story residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, offices, theaters, schools and shopping centers. She is a member of the AIA, holds NCARB certification and is a LEED accredited professional. Prior to her career in architecture, Thiel was a dancer and choreographer.

The firm’s work focuses on high-end residential design as well as hospitality, contract, and retail projects.
