Details:

This complex installation was successfully completed in just three days by a skilled team of three installers, covering a total of 1,700 square yards throughout the building. While the installation took place in unoccupied areas, it was crucial to fully install both the adhesive and carpet to ensure the space was accessible to staff during their shifts. Due to the room designs and the client’s preference to forgo cove base, precise tight-cutting of the carpet against walls was essential. The installation process also required lifting and repositioning heavy furniture, including modular 911 dispatch desks, to accommodate the new flooring. To minimize any disruption, installers strategically rotated between rooms during both day and night shifts. The project was completed ahead of schedule with minimal punch-list items, exceeding client expectations. Our team’s efficiency and attention to detail resulted in a seamless installation, leaving our client exceptionally satisfied. Space constraints posed a significant challenge during this installation. To avoid disrupting 911 operators, we collaborated closely with our client to ensure our installation crew worked exclusively in unoccupied areas. In the confined rooms, modular furniture had to be carefully lifted and seamlessly repositioned after the carpet tile installation. Additionally, moving and replacing heavy, large furniture required precision and coordination to avoid any damage to the furniture or disruption to the client’s operations. Despite the limited time and space, our team expertly navigated scheduling challenges, delivering high-quality service while meeting all project requirements. The successful execution of this installation underscored our commitment to efficiency, precision, and customer satisfaction.
