Details:
Project schedule was condensed by a month and subsequently, CIR had to work 10-12 hour shifts, staggering crews, nights, and weekends to bring the project home by the clients' desired date. Not only did we overcome the scheduling issues, but we did it while working alongside many other trades that made the task that much more difficult.
