This project consisted of 20 story tower ad 40 story tower; both towers combined to have 617 luxury apartments with tub surrounds, shower surrounds and floors, and kitchen backsplashes. The project also included large common areas and amenity spaces. The unit areas included over 45,000 sq ft Marazzi GE06 Deep Pigment Wall tile. The lobby areas included 16,000 sq ft of Daltile MA83 Nero Matte 24"x48". Porcelain tiles allow designers to design with style using metal and natural stone looks while ensuring a product that will give years of service to the client.
