Givens Highland Farms- Vista Ridge North

Givens Highlands Farm Vista Ridge North is a senior living facility that was a new build where we had the opportunity to work with a local GC to install the flooring in the facility. This was the second building of three where there is a bridge that connects the buildings for ease and safe walking. We partnered with multiple FUSE suppliers in our market to provide the best options for senior living. This was unique that there was 32 resident units where each resident could choose between a dozen flooring option to customize their living units. The timeline was on the short end, and we had little room to get off schedule. So, the project management and communication with the GC was important to deliver on time.
