Quincy Place

Over 5000sy of Shaw pattern match broadloom, 3300sy of J&J stretch broadloom, and over 90,000sf of Karndean LVT expertly installed is exactly why River City Flooring was enlisted to help on this project from a out of state construction company. It went so well in fact that during the walkthrough after the completion, the firm asked why we didn't follow the seam diagram on the Shaw carpet all while standing directly on a seam per their plan. They had absolutely no idea that there was a seam there and stated it was the best install they had ever seen. Quincy place is located deep in the famous Dutch community of Holland MI. The design notes this with their subtle hints of blue and white ceramic tile, a link to the world-renowned Dutch Delftware pottery. The LVT is installed in a European trellis method, each wood LVT piece is hand cut on site to fit this specific pattern. River City not only handled the carpet and LVT, but also over 17,000sf of Epoxy and Sealed Concrete areas and over 5000sf of ceramic tile.
