The Village is a retirement community in Tacoma, WA. Submitted for the most aggressive timeline due to Pandemic supply chain and labor issues delayed the flooring scope install start date by several months necessitating our teams to staff the project aggressively to meet the occupancy date. We finished on time and on budget.
