Most Aggressive Timeline / Schedule

Challenge: Phased Job We needed to break the project into phases to ensure the restaurant could open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the remodel. These are their busiest days of the week. Solution: Create a phase plan We broke the restaurant into sections and coordinated the work with other trades. We needed to complete each phase within the 3 nights that they were closed to allow them to reopen during the busy times.

Toughest Site Conditions

Challenge: Labor Intensive The restaurant had booths that were being refinished. With the existing bolts on the floor, it was necessary that we installed the flooring precisely around each of the bolts before the booths were put back into place. Solution: Accurate Labor Estimates With all the extra prep, it was necessary to plan how much labor was needed each day. Accurately planning how much labor was needed allowed us to finish each phase on time.
