All surfaces are both aesthetically pleasing and low maintenance, as the engineers often come in from field projects with not-so-clean boots. The customer is very pleased with the ease of maintenance on all surfaces chosen.
This agricultural engineering firm wanted its new facility to serve as headquarters for up to 50 employees, and wanted it to blend seamlessly into it's rural setting with the new structure to look like a historic barn. Consequently, all the interior materials were chosen to fit the rustic/reclaimed barn look.
Restrooms were finished with Daltile's Cotto Contempo rustic porcelain tile and used Ardex mortar and grout
In the employee kitchen/break room and corridors, we installed Karndean's Opus Robigo 18x36" LVT which has the look of acid washed/burnished steel.
These materials and all carpets were perfect to give the new office a warm, rustic look appropriate for a "barn-like" structure.
