The project schedule was compressed due to delays by early trades and added scope.
Our team had to make up for approx. 10 weeks of time in a 50 week project.
We dealt with a leaking roof, damaged shower pans, poor framing, bad drywall. There were many challenges to overcome on the project.
The Denver International Airport’s Westin Hotel and Conference Center offers comfort and modern convenience for travelers and was an extremely visible project - The Denver International Airport is the fifth busiest airport in the country.
The 500-room hotel includes luxe guestrooms with incredible mountain views, a grand conference facility, and a variety of dining experiences.
The flooring evokes the stately grandeur of the space. It was important to the design to create a special space that allowed the guests a sense of arrival.
