The Residences at Rivermark

The Residences at Rivermark is a one-of-a-kind living experience in Baton Rouge's vibrant downtown district, where residents can enjoy the convenience of being close to a variety of businesses, dining options, and cultural exhibits. The building, which was previously an old J.P. Morgan Chase Building, has been expertly renovated to provide residents with luxury and comfort. One of the key features of the renovation was the installation of new flooring throughout the building. The Design Team took great care in choosing the right flooring materials for the project, considering factors such as durability, design and safety. They made sure that the flooring they chose was suitable for the high-traffic areas and could withstand the wear and tear of daily life. They also wanted to make sure that the flooring design would match the overall aesthetic of the building and complement the other design elements. We installed the new flooring in all the common areas such as the lobby, corridors, staircases and elevators, as well as in all the units. This included the bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The new flooring not only improved the appearance of the building but also provided a comfortable and safe surface for residents to walk on. We also made sure that the new flooring was easy to maintain and clean which is important for the long-term durability and the overall satisfaction of the residents. Overall, the installation of new flooring played an important role in the overall renovation of the building, and we are proud to have been a part of this project, helping to create a luxurious and comfortable living space for the residents of The Residences at Rivermark.
