1401 Lawrence was a high profile project and is located in the heart of downtown Denver. We were able to work closely with the team to evaluate products that fit the design intent, schedule, and budget. We partnered with the Beck team - who designed and built the building. The design integrated historic references in conjunction with a contemporary tower design. It included 13 floors of commercial space.

The project's ultimate success came out of working with a team of designers and builders who all collaborated to meet the goal. It was through innovative solutions that we were able to complete such a great project that was in budget.
