Details:

We were privileged to work on this historic 83 year old building alongside Brantley Construction. Going into this project we knew there would be great challenges with moisture and slab degradation. We utilized a moisture membrane throughout the lower level as well as Ardex MRF patching compound. With proper planning and execution we were able to maintain the integrity of the building's original glory. IVY Building History - www.abtech.edu "Steeped in architectural and historical significance, the Ivy Building survives as the last remaining building from St. Genevieve-of-the Pines and Gibbons Hall. It was designed by Willis Irvin (1891-1950), a renowned southern residential architect. Many of his works are listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The Ivy Building served as St. Genevieve-of-the-Pines’ auditorium since its construction in 1936."
