This project had to be completed in a short amount of time. The target install window for flooring was between June 6th, 2019 and July 10th, 2019 – just 4 weeks to prep and install. Prep alone was one week per floor. So, in order to stay on track with the GC’s schedule, we needed to make adjustments to our install schedule. Floors 10 through 12 were installed simultaneously with a 5-6 man crew daily. We also had to make 2.5 hour deliveries from 3am-5:30am because the building’s dock schedule was very busy. We revised our schedule as needed to make the deliveries and install run smoothly and we completed our scope of work on time. We Installed: 5,335SY of Tandus Carpet 1,445SF of Tarkett Azrock VCT 3,220SF of Parterre Avara LVT (on walls and floors) 13,255LF of Johnsonite Vinyl Wall Base
