We are submitting this project in the Best Flooring Solutions category because this was a 3rd generation renovated space. The design intent was for updated carpet tile styling, clean lines, and polished concrete. Given that this was a renovated space in a highrise building, with an elevated slab. Garmon & Company installed Tarkett carpet tiles in the open office areas and office spaces. For the concrete areas, we used Ardex polishable concrete toppings to provide the look and feel of the design intent. Finishing touches with minimal transitions and Johnsonite - Tarkett wall base.
