We recently completed a flooring renovation project for a casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana that was truly a challenge. One of the biggest obstacles we faced during the flooring renovation project for the casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana was the tight timeline. We were required to complete the project within a very short time frame, and we were navigating a boat to land conversion which added pressure to the already challenging task of renovating the floors. Despite the tight schedule, we were able to successfully complete the project by utilizing our experience and expertise in flooring renovation and utilizing efficient methodologies.
Our team of experienced professionals was able to rise to the occasion and deliver a finished product that exceeded the client’s expectations. We were able to overhaul a total of 253 guest rooms, 9 queen suites, and 4 king suites, ensuring that not only were the floors functional, but they were also aesthetically pleasing.
We used only the highest quality materials for the project to ensure that the end result would be durable and long-lasting. With 40+ years’ experience working with luminaries in the architecture world, including Michael Graves, Robert A.M. Stern, and Rockwell Group, where she served as a studio leader, Thiel’s extensive portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-story residences, hotels, restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, offices, theaters, schools and shopping centers. She is a member of the AIA, holds NCARB certification and is a LEED accredited professional. Prior to her career in architecture, Thiel was a dancer and choreographer.
