Toll Brothers, a leading luxury home builder, selected Norwood as its building partner for the fast-track renovation and interior build-out of its 200,000 SF corporate headquarters. Norwood helped achieve Toll Brothers’ goal of consolidating all of its operations into one building. The three-story structure has a special “X-shape” design, allowing the various divisions in the company to each occupy its own wing. ICF successfully completed the project in only three months, meeting Toll Brothers’ exceptionally tight occupancy deadline in the midst of a global pandemic with several job starts and stops.
