UCHealth - Highlands Ranch and Greeley

The Floorz team simultaneously completed over 500,000 SF of flooring in two healthcare facilities for UCHealth. There was extreme schedule compression. We completed these projects in 6 months - they were initially scheduled for 9-10 months. Floorz managed over 100 installers in the field at the height of these projects. Mitigation of over 300,000 SF We completed an approximate combined contract of over 8 mil in six months. UCH is important to our community - they are known for superior care and unwavering commitment to patients and the communities. These hospitals bring leading-edge care and advanced medicine to residents in fast growing areas in Colorado. We were grateful to be partnered on these important projects in our community. The design team, for both locations, chose a neutral color scheme with playful use of color to enhance bright corridors and waiting spaces. Artful and glass elements with natural patterns created differentiation between patient waiting and patient check-out areas. UCHealth helps patients of all ages live extraordinary lives.
