Working with one of our areas leading medical education institutes, keeping budget in mind is always at the forefront. After our first conceptual meeting it became clear value-engineering products would be a key factor. One major area of savings came through blending porcelain tile with LVT throughout common areas. We were able to cut labor costs as well as materials to help achieve the targeted budget. We feel with this design, beauty was not compromised for budget purposes. Teaming up with key Fuse vendors was vital to create savings needed for the client. We installed: 2,000 SY of J+J Carpets 6,200 LF of Johnsonite Cove Base 20,000 SF of Ardex floor prep We also utilized Mapei Grouts and Adhesives.
