Workday, 6150 Stoneridge Mall Road, Floors 2 & 3

Golden State Contract Flooring had been pursuing work with Workday for quite some time. We were finally successful in 2022 with securing 2 floors within one of the buildings on their Northern California Campus. With this particular project, both lead time and budget were crucial in delivering a successful project and lasting first impression. The original Shaw Contract C1 and C2 specifications were both over budget and outside of the required schedule. GSCF worked with our Shaw Contract Rep, the general contractor and designer to come up with alternate carpet tile solutions that could be produced in time and saved Workday around $28,000.00 per floor! It was extremely important to both Workday and Gensler, that the selections still reflect the original design intent, focusing on brand and culture. In the end, the entire Workday Team on this project was very happy with how we maximized our budget with our supplier partner to deliver a great installation!
